Pricing & Cost
The cost depends on the project's complexity, features, and timeline. A simple MVP might start at $15,000-$30,000, while a full-featured enterprise application can range from $50,000-$200,000+. We provide detailed estimates after our discovery phase, so you know exactly what to expect.
Timeline & Process
A simple MVP typically takes 2-3 months. A medium-complexity application takes 4-6 months. Complex enterprise solutions can take 6-12+ months. During discovery, we'll provide a detailed timeline with milestones.
Technical Questions
On the AI side: frontier and open-weight models, embeddings and rerankers, Postgres with pgvector, workflow engines, MCP servers, evaluation and tracing tooling. Underneath that we run the usual platform stack, TypeScript, Next.js, Node.js, Python, PostgreSQL and AWS. The AI stack page shows every layer and how firmly we commit to it.
Security & Support
Security is built into our development process. We follow OWASP guidelines, encrypt sensitive data, implement proper authentication/authorization, and conduct security reviews. For projects with specific compliance needs (HIPAA, SOC2, etc.), we implement additional controls.
Working With Us
Intosoft operates as a US company (Delaware), with an engineering base in Kathmandu, Nepal. European projects come to us through Largum Ltd, a separate Irish company in Drumshanbo, Co. Leitrim. Our team works across multiple time zones with significant overlap with US, European, and Australian business hours, and we can adjust schedules to fit your needs.
