Job Description
We are seeking a Fullstack JavaScript Developer with 4–6 years of experience to join our onsite team in Narephat, Kathmandu. The ideal candidate is a proactive developer skilled in Node.js, React.js, Next.js, and TailwindCSS, with bonus points for React Native (Expo) experience. This is an opportunity to work on impactful web and mobile projects while collaborating closely with clients and team members.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain scalable, secure, and performant fullstack applications using Node.js, Next.js, React.js, and TailwindCSS
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers, project managers, and team members to build quality features
- Communicate with clients and stakeholders to understand requirements and provide regular updates
- Write clean, well-documented, and testable code
- Contribute to code reviews and participate in agile processes
- Take ownership of deliverables and drive tasks to completion
- Bonus: Support mobile app development using React Native + Expo
Requirements
- 4–6 years of professional experience as a Fullstack JavaScript Developer
- Strong knowledge of Node.js, React.js, Next.js, and TailwindCSS
- Familiarity with REST APIs, ES6+ JavaScript, and version control with Git
- Ability to work in collaborative environments with strong communication skills
- Bonus: Experience building mobile apps with React Native + Expo
- Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills
- Fluent in written and spoken English
